We had the pleasure of organising a large international conference at the Hilton Hotel in Berlin and a few additional off-site events for make-up manufacturer Max Factor. The roughly 350 participants from all across the globe were met with special highlights set up by Berlin experts: the opening party took place in the lobby of the Hilton Hotel on Gendarmenmarkt, which turned into a party zone with a DJ and special lighting. As a contrast, we offered a Bavarian night in Maximilians with an after-party in a privately hired house club. The conference was rounded off with a gala event in the ewerk, boasting a roof terrace with a fantastic view over all of Berlin, another incredible location for guests to admire. An absolute highlight for all participants was a visit by top brand representative, Gwyneth Paltrow!

One of Berlin’s coolest locations – ewerk
Ewerk is an urban location with that classic industrial Berlin feel. The available event spaces are versatile, and each is completely unique. This venue has the right space for almost any event, always complete with a taste of the unusual and extraordinary. This was the case for the Max Factor gala. We combined the charm of this former industrial hall with the chic of a gala dinner to create a unique ambiance, typically Berlin but also very individual, just like the ewerk itself!
