Ready. Set. Ford. brought around 700 Ford dealers from across Europe to Salzburg for a packed programme of events. With four groups of 180 guests, seven new vehicles and multiple locations, it was a complex production with plenty of moving parts. From a dedicated charter flight and live shows to product presentations, hot laps and off-road experiences, the focus was on experiencing Ford first-hand. Behind it all was the seamless coordination of logistics, hospitality, content and driving experiences.
