Every year, the Group invites all its employees from around the world to one location to express its gratitude with an annual kick-off. This year, Berlin was on the agenda for three days, and those days were fully utilised. An exclusive hotel right next to the Berlin Cathedral and the historic locations surrounding it provided the setting. This was brought to life with themed parties, boat tours, an awards ceremony, and a mini-Olympics across the entire Beach Mitte.
