As a reward for their excellent work, a large European financial organization wanted to take their top employees to Dubai – with plenty of support from our employee incentive specialists. The employees thought the five-day trip was ‘pure luxury’. Little wonder, as they were taken by seaplane over the Palm Islands and The World, and past Burgh Khalifa. Shopping in the world’s biggest mall was as much part of the trip as the smells and tastes of the spice markets. The trip also included helicopter trips, a desert safari and sand-boarding, finished off with a dinner in Bedouin tents. A real highlight in many respects was the group’s visit to the highest building in the world. A real Arabian adventure!

Like a dream come true, the luxury 5-star hotel Jumeirah Zabeel Saray played host to a financial services company’s top 20 employees in Dubai. The trip was intended to be a luxury incentive and an unforgettable holiday for all participants, who were pampered with exciting activities, first-class comfort and wellness, and the highest level of entertainment. The hotel, which looks like an Ottoman palace at first glance, features over 400 rooms with fantastic views of the Arabian Gulf. After an exciting day of activities, our guests were able to relax and unwind in the wellness area, enjoy a nightcap at the hotel bar, or take a dip in the infinity pool, which gives the impression of swimming in the open water in front of the Palm Jumeirah Dubai.
Desert safari and sand-boarding
An experience not to be missed in Dubai? Yes! Dive into the expanse of the Arabian desert! Our participants explored the beautiful desert landscape on an exciting jeep safari through the sand dunes. No-one was short on adventure or adrenaline that day! The journey continued at a slightly slower pace on the backs of camels, and ended at decorated Bedouin tents to enjoy specialities of Arabic cuisine. After lunch, the group tried their hand at sand-boarding, while experienced outdoor guides showed them tips and tricks for looking good on the board.
