Conference in Dubai

GPM LiveMarketing GmbH was entrusted with the planning and implementation of a congress of superlatives with over 2000 international participants for a client from the financial sector. The conceptual focus was on the history, the present and the future to effectively stage and thereby emotionalize the very successful development of the company and the core product. In addition, the most successful sales employees were honoured during the congress for their excellent achievements. The day's event went directly over into a glamorous evening event on the beach. The venue of the event was chosen as a symbol for Dubai, where nothing seems impossible - the hotel Atlantis The Palm at the top of the "palm tree". During the congress, a 20 metre wide and 6 metre high LED wall, a high-end sound system and a precisely timed light show provided the technical requirements to take the participants along, entertain and inspire them from the very first second.  During the national and international entertainment, the artists interacted with the media effects and impressions on the screen. GPM also provided the media content exclusively for this event. The GPM not only accompanied the complete planning and execution of the event, but was also responsible for bringing all TOP VIP's from all over the world to this event and to look after them on site. Exact planning, the involvement and expert knowledge of partners from all areas of event marketing and a lot of energy and strength led to the creation of an event that clearly exceeded the goals set for it. An event which also represents a superlative for us as a company.
