Procter & Gamble conference

Procter and Gamble is a global corporation that owns a range of brands. The group uses internal events to ensure the exchange of information and to expand employees’ horizons. This was the concept behind this conference, combined with an in-house expo, that we organised for the company at the Hotel The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin. Here, the marketing managers from the various countries came together to present their communication methods and strategies for the products, and to exchange success stories. It was an especially challenging task for us to prepare the right expo stands and to manage the on-site printing processes. We created almost 30 individual roll-ups as well as various banners, classic information media, brochures and the event booklet. We also organised a team building activity in the form of a graffiti workshop in an old brewery in Berlin. The gala, definitely the highlight of the event, took place in the Museum for Communication. The aim of the event, to promote exchange and communication, was a success, resulting in a well-balanced combination of information and fun for the participants.
