The 4C Group’s annual kick-off event was intended to bring together people from the various trade sectors and give them the chance to get to know each other better and exchange their knowledge and experiences. In order to achieve this without the classic topics and structures, we treated the staff to a graffiti workshop. After a short theoretical introduction to graffiti and text design, participants were split into ten teams. These teams then had one hour to develop their design together. Finally, they had a short introduction to spray techniques and were given almost 1.5 hours to complete their design under the watchful eyes of 4 graffiti experts. This activity was given a special edge by the very special location: the old Julius Bötzow brewery in Berlin. The brewery in Prenzlauer Berg was active from 1864 to 1945. Today, the location is a relict of Berlin after reunification, and stands for unusual parties and special events. The best works of art were honoured during the final party – a wonderful experience that everyone is sure to remember fondly.

Historical breakfast room
Whether you’re after a classic, retro or simply stylish vibe for your event, the historical breakfast hall in the middle of the famous Sony Centre on Potsdamer Platz offers a playful yet modern space perfect for any occasion. The original 19th century moulding, chandelier and bannisters create an interesting mix of styles combined with the glass and steel of the Sony Centre. Celebrities such as Greta Garbo, Charlie Chaplin and the Prussian Kaiser were all patrons here. It was the ideal location for the 4C Group’s evening event, where participants ate and celebrated in a casual atmosphere.
How does it feel to take on the role of a graffiti artist, spray can in hand, spraying huge expanses of wall? That’s what the 4C Group staff wondered when they found out about our plans for their team event. At adventurous, authentic locations or disused factories – our artists will show your large team the ropes. In the case of the 4C Group team, something fabulous was created and new opinions of graffiti were formed.
