Ebner Stolz Guest management

Kick-off in Berlin! Ebner Stolz mbH is a consulting company for mid-sized German companies. With 15 locations and over 1,200 employees, they are one of the largest companies in their field. Berlin was chosen as the location for a central kick-off event. The challenge was providing the customer with an original, unconventional concept, which required all our know-how considering the size of the group involved. GPM developed a comprehensive programme, including an attractive combination of the known and the unknown. After the employee conference, which took place in a central location on the water, everyone met up with their partners for a meal at a restaurant serving high-end international cuisine in a sophisticated 20s atmosphere. Participants then took to different tours, which they chose in advance using the online tool. There was something to suit every taste, from culture and music to fun activities that let the group discover Berlin away from the usual tourist traps. The event was rounded off by great food and a party in an urban location on the water. The GPM guest management tool was used to manage the large number of participants before the event. From A to Z, all the guests’ most important information was communicated and requested centrally, including the programme, tickets, dietary requirements and similar. Information was available to guests in an attractive form, drumming up excitement for the event in the run-up. This web-based tool can also incorporate the client’s corporate design.
